Joaquín Collado Masó

Graduated in Economics from the University of Valencia, I have always been closely connected to the hospitality and tourism sector. I began my career in high-end hospitality in Barcelona, at Gaudí’s “Café de La Pedrera,” working alongside chefs Miguel Ángel Mayor and Eugeni de Diego.
I have led projects where I achieved a Michelin star (Sucede and Kaido Sushi) as project director, as well as culinary market concepts such as Convent Carmen, Mercader, and Mercabanyal.
I am currently the Chief Operating Officer of the Jugando con Fuego Group (Jenkin’s, Flama, Cheeck’s, …) and serve as Councilor for Tourism and Economic Promotion in El Perelló.
